20 Years is a long time, especially on the south side of a house. This 1920s bungalow got the attention it needed to pop again.
It's all in the prep.
Really helps
This beauty needed some TLC

We used a fade resistant high quality Benjamin Moore paint to keep this bold color from fading
we used a subtle sage green/gray color to blend house into the landscape
We turned old , gray and severely weathered shingles into vibrant fully restored shingles
This house had dozens and dozens of cracks in the stucco. We used a concrete masonry sealer and 2 coats of elastomeric paint grade sealant on the stucco to fully waterproof stucco and keep the cracks from coming back!
With a limited budget we were able to maximize waterproofing by keeping same color scheme and leaving well protected areas alone
The client wanted to add color in the stairwell to show beautiful staircase. The color lines allowed for maximum Pop!
Simple color scheme allows for architecture to really shine
We painted this 15 years ago and this pic was taken last year......painted to last
